Western’s Programs Help Customers save water During the Drought
It pays to save water, especially during times of drought.
In fact, the ongoing drought recently led to additional mandatory emergency water regulations that were issued by the state. That’s why it’s important that we all do our part to reduce our water use, and Western Municipal Water District has many customer programs
to help you save water and money.
Customer-funded programs through Western and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (which supplies imported water to Western) include turf replacement rebates, ranging between $2 per square foot for residential customers to $5 per square foot for qualified commercial customers; free efficiency evaluations; multi family, high-efficiency toilet installation; and rebates for various water saving appliances.
